Mr. Dunaway is a trial lawyer with significant courtroom experience. He has tried nine cases to jury verdict in the past few years, as well as many more to a bench verdict (a verdict made by a judge, not a jury). He has experience in various forms of litigation and is committed to winning cases for his clients. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Dunaway has settled numerous suits out of court.

After several years with the established Austin litigation firm of Wilson Grosenheider & Jacobs, LLP, Mr. Dunaway founded the Dunaway Law Firm in downtown Austin. The firm focuses on litigation.
